An invitation to reconnect
Faith and Mercy
in the Jubilee Year.
St. Peter's Parish Hall
St. Peter's Parishioners were invited to participate in a four week, informal and relaxed reflection on how mercy is both experienced and expressed in our lives; in the scriptures; in our Church; and in the work of the organisations who are part of Just Faith - as well as many other organisations with whom Catholics engage - as their response to the call in this special Jubilee Year to act in mercy and for justice:
13 January:
Rediscovering a personal experience of Mercy
27 January:
Rediscovering Mercy in our local community
10 February:
Rediscovering Mercy in our world
24 February:
Rediscovering Mercy through Prayer & Reflection
Just Faith is a new project supported by SCIAF, Justice and Peace Scotland, Mission Matters Scotland and the Bishops’ Conference of Scotland. We are working together to share the social justice work of the Church and to encourage Catholics to connect their faith with action for change.
